This file is appended to each time a shadow thread crashes (in UNIX it would create a CORE file), it can also be generated when the shadow thread raises a Win32 exception that is not caught directly in the Oracle code. The section of most interest is the callstack which indicates the modules being accessed.

The file is really only useful to Oracle World Wide Support, I would recommend you raise a log with them if your queries are causing core dumps.
