Export problem

I have tried to export a table that is OVER 2 gigs in size. The file system is 
HP-UX 10.20 with file extents to 1 terrabyte file sizes. Is there a way to
export 2 gig+  tables or do I have to break up the table? Any help would be
appreciated.
