Replication

I need info on the following points, if anybody can help:

A system will have 2 Oracle Servers. Each database will approximately be 3Gb max.

One of the servers will be used for Updates, the other database for different queries.
Basically, i could do with info on:

which versions of Oracle server would support Replication and how long would you estimate it would take to replicate approximately a 3Gb database.

Also, is it possible to just replicate the datasets that have changed - using the log files etc..?
