There are 3 default users.

USENAME :SYS     PASSWORD: CHANGE_ON_INSATLL   (SUPER USER)
USENAME : SYSTEM PASSWORD: MANAGER             (DBA PRIVILAGES)
USENAME : SCOTT  PASSWORD: TIGER               (USER)
