ODBC supplied by Sysbase will do - but this is a bit complicated to implement. Rather, purchase Oracle's Transparent Gateway to Sysbase and then Sysbase's Objects will be known to Oralce from every Oracle's tool. (Do note, that Oracle T.G. is an expensive product).
