Web-Based application from a Developer 2000 application

Does anyone know how to convert an oracle application, made on Developer 2000, to a Web-Based application ?

We are working on a project using the Developer 2000 version 1.4w (Forms4.5 and Reports2.5) and we have to made an Oracle Webserver (ver 2.0)application that access Oracle databases.
