Viewing SQL Server through Oracle

Is there a simple way to access MS SQL Server tables as though they are Oracle tables. Some developers would like to use something like DBMS links in Access to access these remote tables through Oracle.

I'm guessing that there should be a way with the base Oracle Server that could access them via ODBC, but I thought there may be an Oracle Gateway product that would use the MS SQL Server native code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
