I read the article which you referenced here. Unfortunately it is incorrect in that you are able to reference raw partitions > 2G as of 7.3.3.x. I am currently using 10G raw paritions on 7.3.3.4 under HP-UX 10.20. I have not used 'cooked' files greater than 2G. Tech support told me this is now supported under 7.3.3.x and I have had no problems. I have been using this configuration for about 3-4 months. If you want more info email me.
