Hi ,
You only have to change the IP addresses in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/listener.ora and tnsnames.ora if you are using IP address there instead of host name. If you are using the hostname , no other change is required as long as you change it in /etc/hosts also.

Please note that you have to change in all the clients, if you are using SQL*Net.
