You have to use ORADIM72.EXE to create Oracle service, which is needed on NT. Try ORADIM72 -h on
DOS promt. I don't remember anymore the syntax (somethink like oradim72 -create -sid ARPE -passwd topsecret -STARTMODE inst,srvc etc etc).
