You need to get a copy of the Whihte Paper:

CONCURRENCY CONTROL, TRANSACTION ISOLATION AND SERIALIZABILITY IN SQL92 AND ORACLE7. I think I downloaded it from WWW.TIBURON.ORACLE.COM The Government verticle at Oracle has this posted for download.

The answer to your question is 2+ by default What they call READ COMMITED, with level three available as "Serializable."
