Oracle Gateway to MS SQL Server

Hi,
I'm trying to access MS SQL Server (NT 4.0, SQL Server 6.5) from SQL*Plus (Win 95, Oracle Client 7.3.3, SQL*Net 2.0). Does anybody have any knowledge of what kind of software I need to install on both client (Win95) and server (NT)? Thanks.
