HELP ORA7 and Solaris 2.5 URGENT!!!

Please Help

The following problem occurs:

DB does not start (svrmgrl cores)

TNS Listener does not start

  TNS-12547   TNS: lost contact
  TNS-12560   TNS: protocol adapter error
  TNS-517     Lost contact

  OS 32 (EPIPE: borken pipe)

I think the problems are the same!

Problems with pipes in Solaris, any suggetions how to recover. The database exists since one an a half year and was in production since yesterday (/usr filled to 100%, but now there is enough space; ORACLE_HOME and Databasefiles are in /usr)
