It looks like you haven't created any rollback segments other than SYSTEM rollback segment which will created at the time of database creation. The solution to this is create a new tablespace and use this tablespace to create 4 or 5 rollback segments(even more depending on no. of transactions and users) and include these rollback segmnets in init<ORACLE_SID>.ora file.
