Help needed configuring IPC on OpenVMS

Hi,


        I have upgraded a server on OpenVMS 7.1 to Oracle 7.3.2.3.0 and am having
trouble configuring the IPC listener.  Could someone please help or tell me
where I should look for a step-bystep guide.  I have done what I thought
was needed and I get a VMS error, "VMS 324  invalid device name".  Any help
appreciated.
