missing libocic.a in 7.3.3.3

Hello all.

I just upgraded to Oracle 7.3.3.3 and I am now finding out that all the proc apps I have which make OCI calls are bombing because they can not find "libocic.a" in $ORACLE_HOME/lib.

The Oracle Metalink page mentions that they have been replaced by newer libraries HOWEVER it fails to mention what these newer libs are called... I'm really stuck in a bind here. If anyone can tell me what is the "new" replacement for libocic.a under oracle 7.3.3.3 you would save me much grief.
