INFO: Oracle Financials DBA Help

Does anyone have or know where good, usefull information related to sizing and maintaining ORacle7 for a medium size Financials installation? Is there a FAQ or anythning that would help first time implemeters other than black magic?
Also, there appears not to be a usenet group strictly for this... Is this true?
