Moving Oracle data files to a different hard disk

I have the starter data base installed and running for Oracle WGS on NT. However, it was installed on the c: drive and I'd like to move it to the d: drive because I want to use the starter data base to build a much larger data base.

What do I need to change/how do I do this?
