We downloaded the Oracle Workgroup Server 7.3 60-day trial version from their web site to test out which is the full working version. I would recommend using the Microsoft ODBC driver for Oracle which you should be able to get from the Microsoft site if you don't have it already. You will also need to install SQL Net on the client which comes with the above trial version, but we found out the hard way that the trial version only works on NT 4.0 (not Win95).
