[QUESTION] Oracle 7.3 and OpenVMS 7.1 FAST I/O

Hello,

just installed at a customers site Oracle 7.3.2 under OpenVMS 7.1 Looking in the startup log I found a message " Unable to create SGA Buffer Object - Fast I/O will not be used, non-fatal erro =20

After reading the acompanying information I couldn't find anything about this topic.
Can anyone help me on the fly?

Another observation is the comparable long time for execution of $ LSNRCTL START (3 minutes).
I'll check for the IP-Konfiguration of the customers net.

System: AS 800 with 256 MB RAM, OVMS 7.1
