FYI:
I had the same error with the installation of Oracle Server 7.3.2.2 on Solaris 2.5.1. There is something on the Sun web pages. It say's : install Oracle Server 7.3.3.
I Installed Solaris 2.5 with the latest patches -> same error Then I installed Solaris 2.5 without patches -> it worked Maybe you can try the installer of a higher level.
