Web App Server 3.0 NT can't connect to DB ?

I have recently installed Web Application Server 3.0 beta for NT. I am having trouble configuring it to connect to my database. I'm running Oracle 7.2.3 work group server for NT. When I create a DAD in the admin pages it reports success. When I try to "browse" the database from within the admin pages of the server I get an error "Internal Error. Try Again!". What does this mean and does anyone know how to fix it? I'm wondering if there is a path problem?

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
