NT or NetWare?

I am sure this is a well visited topic, but I have not seen much of it lately.

With regards to WORKGROUP class servers, running Oracle Workgroup Server 7.3, I would like to solicit the opinions of those who have used both, and have a feeling on which performs better in the areas of performance, managability, and reliability.
