Re: Help!!! Interface not found? How do I fix this NT 4.0 ORA 7.3

Check out the registry entries for the network files ( usually %Oracle_Home%\network\admin )
There may have been changes between 7.1 and 7.3 that make the settings inaccurate or the listener.ora,tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora may have been overwritten.
