Is non-read consistent select possible

Hi,

Is there any way to do a non-read consistent select? Which means that the select should read the dirty blocks and not go to the rollback segments for maintaining read-consitency. This would be similar to what export does when consistent=N is specified.

Any suggestions or clues?

Thanks,
