Oracle V/.3 on Windows-NT

Hi,
I have the task to make a proposal for the size of several Windows-NT machines that will host Oracle V7.3.3 databases with different numbers of users (ranging from 50 to around 200 concurrent users). Can anybody share some experiences that he/she had with Oracle on Windows-NT. I am especially interested in the following questions:
- Does Oracle on NT have a good scalability factor, i.e. are additional
CPUs used efficiently?
- What number of SQL*Net-connections can be handled simultaneously given
that there is no MTS-implementation on Windows-NT?

Thanks for your help,
