Look in the Getting Started for NT book for paper reference. You can run oradim73 -? (or oradim73 -help) to get online help.

I don't know if I mentioned this before, but all output for this program goes to a logfile, $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms73/oradim73.log. Ask Oracle why, but you'll never see an error from this thing. You always have to check the logfile.
