Data replication from DB2 to Oracle

We have to load an Oracle 7.3 database with data coming from a DB2 database.
The Oracle database will be running in a Unix or NT box, while the DB2 resides in a IBM mainframe.
After the first load we want to refresh periodically our Oracle data from the DB2 source.
We don't want to use Oracle Transparent Gateway and are looking for a cheaper solution.
Have you any advice? What might be the best solution?

Many thanks in advance. Received on Thu Jul 17 1997 - 00:00:00 CDT
