Why can I successfully connect to Oracle 7.3 with plus33w running from any
NT4.0 command window (not necesesarily
the oracle home\bin) but not from any shortcut or from the Programs,
Oracle for Windows NT,SqlPlus item?

Could anyone please tell me what this 6413 means, and why it couldn't set
up the interrupt handler? I will
