Oracle-Installer - Failed to create unix.prd

Hi,

when I try to create a new database with the Oracle-Installer after some questions I have to answer, I get the notification 'Failed to create unix.prd' and Oracle-Installer terminates, so I have no change to create a new database with Oracle-Installer.

I am working on a Dec Alpha with Digital Unix 3.2. My Oracle RDBMS is 7.2.3.0.
I'm trying this as unix-user oracle and I have write permission on the directories I have to specify before as well as on the directory I'm in and Oracle-Installer is located. I can create an file unix.prd in the relevant directories by hand, but I know that is of no use.
