Actually, I normally get reasonably good response but it helps to know the system.

  1. Don't wait until you are frustrated with a problem before calling
  2. Call back and ask for a duty manager. One good way of getting human (rather than voice mail), is to screw up your CSI # when you first log in. This will bounce you to the Call Response Group (normally the last place you want to be). Then ask for a duty manager, this will usually result in speaking to somebody in person (get the name). I don't use this tactic a lot as normally they do get back to me, but occasio0nally it helps.
