Hi -

You must change the values that are present in the '/etc/system/' file, which change your solaris shared memory kernel parameters. You can find default values in the ORACLE installation manual;you could try multiplicating some of these values (shmmax, shmseg, etc) until your shared memory segment size is big enough to fit your SGA.
