Can't find OIUS.RES file on NT install!

Hello all,

I've just installed the 7.3 trial version of Oracle for NT and a get an error
not finding the OIUS.RES file. It seems this is the resource file for the
installer so not I can't seem to run the SQL*Net easy config program!

This seems to obvious a problem to slip by Oracle... I'm I doing something
wrong.

Your help would be very much appreciated.
