Also, check the optimum parameter used while creating the rollback segment. That plays a great role in the RBS. I just got this problem solved using this. In 7.3 and later versions of Oracle we need to specify this while creating each rollback segment. In prior versions it was enough if we specified at the tablespace level.

Try this and see if it helps
