Three years from now PostgreSQL will kill Oracle!! Because the open software development is much more powerful concept than the closed/hidden software development which is used for developing the Oracle database.
Check out the new PostgreSQL 6.1 which was released 14 June 97. Version 6.1 is more enhancements and bug fixes over version 6.0.
