My multi-threaded server processes takes about 10% of physical mem/process, is this normal? My machine is Sun Ultra 1 with 384MB of mem.

Earlier i had 256MB of mem and processes consumed 10% of mem/process after i added mem to 384MB processes still takes 10% of mem?!?!?

I have noticed that queries takes ALL cpu time! Long queries takes more and more cpu time and average cpu load rise up to 50-60!!
