Backup on NT4 - Arcserve and Oracle Agent - questions

Anyone with experience using the Cheyenne products Arcserve and it's Oracle 
Agent and even Open Files Backup, please let me know how this works and if you 
need the Open Files Backup to back up the Oracle datafiles and if the Oracle 
Agent is the same as setting the database in archive mode or how it differs.
