Passing script file to SQL*PLUS

I am trying to execute a script file in sql*plus from the command line rather than opening SQL*PLUS and then executing the script. Can anyone

tell me the syntax? I am doing something like: sqlplus
@e:\scriptfile.sql       How do I pass my username/password?  I don't
want to be prompted for them??

Thanks in advance!
