Need help on a weird problem!!

Hi,



        I'm using SQL Plus and Developer 2000 in my office.  But I
find the time that my PC took to connect to the server is longer than
the other PCs in my office.  The hardware and software are exact the
same for these PCs (Pentium 166 32MB ram).  


        My PC took about 20 seconds from the "CONNECT abc/abc_at_abc"
to the "SQL>" in SQLPLUS, while others only takes about 3-4 seconds..



Could anybody advise what can I do ?
