Create a job in Enterprise Manager in NT4 ??

I am currently testing OEM 1.3.5 on Oracle 7.3.3/NT 4.0 servers, when I tried to create a job (ie Export), I was not able to see a list of Available Destinations whatever what kinds of Destination Type I chose from that drop-down list.

Agent is running FINE as far as I know and all those ORA file configurations make sense to me. All others MANAGERS(Storage, Schema,...) are working GREAT.

Anybody successfully created a job in a similar enviornment would give me a help is much appreciated.
