sql loader is dying on a direct path load.

I get a ORA-02374 There are no free read buffers.

The document refers to the READBUFFERS keyword in the loader .ctl file to "increase the number of read buffers." DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO DO THIS ON NT? It says it is an embedded os command.

I noticed the .trc file contained the following... ******** ERROR: UGA memory leak detected 444356 ********
