- check see if the SQL*Net server is installed and configuration
properly.
this is related to the TNSCTL error.
- check the sv*.app and sv*.cfg file in you web server configuration dir,
see if the application virtuall dir input right.
- go into the NT server in the control panel. see if the web server
listener
is runing. if not, from the admin server, create or modify the
listener.
- from admin server, check the cartrige setup.
