Mauro,

I do not know if you have received any answer on this.

It is a bug with 7.3.2. Basically the listener and other SQL*Net-related executables try to use a symbol from the DCE system library (that you do not have unless you have DCE...) We were sent a fix from Oracle and were able to relink those modules after the installation (that means that you will never have a CLEAN install...).

I do not have here the bug number, but can find it in the office tomorrow. Let me know if you need it.
