This is a constant thread in this newsgroup (and rightly so). Has anyone thought of writing a proxy on the server, to accept V1 connections on the old 1525 port, connect to the database using V2, and then tying the sockets together? I wonder if this would work, or is there a difference in the contents of the data stream back to the client from V1 to V2? Interesting...... Received on Mon May 19 1997 - 00:00:00 CDT
