Well, you gotta crawl before you can walk...

For me, this generally means my Oracle server isn't up and running.

Click on Control Panel
click on Services
click on OracleStartORCL and start it

Now try taking those baby steps.

Then try your webserver again Received on Mon May 12 1997 - 00:00:00 CDT
