Well, Java Workshop for Sparc can already run on Linux. (It takes a bit of hacking on the jws script, but since Java Workshop is written in Java, there's nothing to keep it from working.)

WABI exists for Linux as well. Granted, it's a bit pricey for my tastes (about $200, I think), but it is there.
