        The Enterprise Manager writes a lot of information during its working. Information about the set of events, information about the databases managed by it, information about the Oracle Expert Tool (if used) and so on.

        All this information is stored in a set of tables. This set of tables is called repository. The repository is commonly created in the instalation of the Enterprise Manager, as you provided the user/password/database.

        Probably, you not created a repository. To do this now consult the documentaion. There is a script that you can run to create it.

        Or, if you prefer, reinstall the Enterprise Manager, and create the repository, when asked to do...
