Multi-Master replication

Hello all,

In a mult-master replication, in master definition sites all the "REPCAT" procedures are created without any error including DBMS_REPCAT.ADD_MASTER_DATABASE (with synchronouse option) and DBMS_REPCAT.GENERATE_REPLICATION_SUPPORT, but none of the supporting triggers and packages are created. Am I missing something ? Any help greatly appreciated.

FYI,

Advanced Symetric Replication is installed
database links are created and successfully connecting
the users involved are having *dba* roles
"surrogate" and "repadmin" are created in "master def" and master sites.
I granted DBMS_REPCAT_ADMIN.GRANT_ADMIN_ANY_REPGROUP to REPADMIN
I granted DBMS_REPCAT_ATH.GRANT_SURROGATEa_REPCAT to SURROGATE
Backgroup process to run the jobs is running

What else I need ?
