Yes we just upgraded our development machine to VMS 7.1 and Oracle 7.3.

We still have plenty of plans for Oracle under VMS. We are migrating our Codasyl DBMS to Oracle - granted very slowly.

 Sounds like a good idea. We are pretty new to Oracle so I don't know how much help I can be!

The only problem we have noticed from 7.1.5 to 7.3.2 is the listener is slower to startup and some of the connect times are slower.
