No one has mentioned www.booksonline.com yet, so let me add this:

If you will be buying several books, then you can join this club, and save lots of money. I paid US$15 <delivered> for both: Oracle, The Complete Ref. Elec. Ed && Oracle Developer's Handbook by joining this club.
Yep, you'll have to buy 2 more over time, && you'll get some junk mail, but you'll buy the books anyway to stay current with technology, and so, imvho, it's worth it.
